Bundaberg Hospital is seeking an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Advanced Health Worker to join the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health team. This Identified role provides advanced clinical, cultural, and advocacy support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients, families, and communities, ensuring culturally safe and holistic care across the hospital. The position works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve access to services, support care coordination, and contribute to better health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
