Provide expert leadership and consultancy to support the safe, timely and sustainable return to work of injured employees at Alice Springs Hospital. This role oversees complex workers compensation and rehabilitation matters, drives early intervention strategies, and provides strategic oversight of Work Health and Safety compliance, performance monitoring and continuous improvement across Acute Care Services.
