You will provide advanced pharmacy services across acute wards and outpatient settings within the Rockhampton Business Unit, working autonomously while contributing to on-call and weekend services. You will collaborate closely with patients, carers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective medication management, while mentoring Pharmacists, interns and students. With a passion for quality improvement, you will drive service development through monitoring clinical outcomes, contributing to KPIs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
