Become a Teacher The Change2Teaching (C2T) Program offers a unique, supported pathway for degree-qualified professionals to transition into a teaching career while working in a Tasmanian school.   Delivered in partnership with the University of Tasmania, this two-year, employment-based Master of Teaching pathway allows you to earn while you learn, combining on-the-job experience with formal study.   You will be part of a collaborative school environment in regional, rural and hard-to-staff communities, helping to improve outcomes for children and young people across Tasmania.
