The design, development, procurement and implementation of new Remote Repairs and Maintenance and Remote Tenancy Management contractual arrangements to support improved housing outcomes across remote communities. The position will provide strategic leadership of a major contract reform program, including stakeholder engagement, service model design, procurement, contract award and contractor mobilisation activities, ensuring new contractual arrangements are operational from 1 July 2027, and support Government commitments under the Remote Housing Funding Agreement, Local Decision Making and broader remote housing reform objectives.
