The Strategic Communication team is committed to delivering communication and engagement solutions to promote departmental initiatives and priorities, connect Queenslanders to programs, and effectively reach external customers and stakeholders through targeted messaging and channels. The team is responsible for proactively driving and delivering communication and engagement activity with a focus on the customer, including communication planning, implementation and evaluation; issues and media management; campaign development; corporate identity management; and design and production of print and digital assets.
