As the Principal RTI Officer you will support the Director to meet obligations under theRight to Information Act (RTI Act), including reviewing and processing applications made to the Department, selected portfolio agencies and the Office of the Premier. You will also contribute to ensuring the Department and the Office of the Premier meet privacy obligations under the Information Privacy Act 2009 (IPAct).
