The clinician will take a lead role in a multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Team utilising prior extensive experience in a mental health community setting to conduct a range of assessments and provide therapeutic interventions and education on mental health issues to staff, clients, and family members. The role requires a strong cultural safety framework, a commitment to evidence-based practice with experience working as an autonomous practitioner and within a clinical mental health leadership role.
