Join the Queensland Government Insurance Fund (QGIF) and play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the Appian ERP platform that underpins critical insurance operations. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide expert advice, lead the resolution of complex system issues, drive service improvement initiatives and work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors. The QGIF 3-Year Data and Technology Roadmap (Roadmap) is a rolling multi-year program to modernise QGIF’s insurance operations, strengthen data and analytics capability, optimise claims management processes and enable productivity tools. The Roadmap is intended to reduce manual effort, improve data driven decision-making and strengthen risk management information for QGIF, Treasury, agencies and Queenslanders.
