The Family Partnership Worker is responsible for building support for the Australian Nurse Family Partnership Program in the community, for referring clients into the program and for supporting Nurses in building and maintaining relationships with clients. The Family Partnership Worker will provide advice and assistance on a broad range of cultural issues and will ensure the observance of appropriate cultural protocols. Casual employment is based on a rate of $43.54 per hour.
