As a member of the Child Safety Learning Support (CSLS) team within the Office of the Chief Practitioner, the Cultural Learning Advisor provides learning support to enhance role specific cultural capability and safety development for front line staff involved with the programs of the CSLS team and to influence and contribute to cultural capability and safety of the CSLS team.The position will also deliver mandatory, role-specific training for CSOs for specific elements of the program relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, this program is owned by the Child Safety Training team.
