The Agency Security Advisor sits within Governance and Executive Support (GES) which is responsible for establishing and administering several governance functions for the department and delivering support to the Minister, Commissioner and QCS senior executives in meeting statutory and whole-of-government requirements.The Agency Security Advisor will provide expert security advice and perform day-today security functions to support to the Chief Security Officer (CSO) and Agency Security Executive (ASE) to achieve strategic oversight of the agency’s protective security arrangements; to manage security within a framework of coordinated planning across the different security domains; and to embed a positive security culture across the agency.Refer to the role description for more information.
