The Senior Counsel Assisting leads a small team of Counsel Assisting, provides legal advice and guidance, and manages complex coronial investigation files. You will appear at inquests including sensitive and high-profile matters either as Counsel Assisting the Coroner or instructing external counsel. Your work will support the Mining and Resources Coroner who undertakes mining and resources related death investigations and inquests as well as other coronial duties.
