This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high performing team of referral coordinators who are responsible for the preparation and validation against relevant legislation of referrals of workers compensation claims from Insurers to the Medical Assessment Tribunal. Working with the Medical Assessment Tribunal, Tribunal Coordinators prepare, validate against legislation, and support both virtual and in person tribunal hearings across numerous specialty types whilst working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve high quality outcomes. Tribunal Coordinators ensure that the information provided to the tribunal is comprehensive, has allowed for procedural fairness to the injured worker and Insurer and the Tribunals reasons for decision shows a clear and robust path of reasoning.
